Authentic buckwheat galettes prepared according to tradition. Buckwheat flour, water and Guérande sea salt. No secret ingredients, and definitely no additives, preservatives, flavouring nor coloring ! The ancestral and artisanal know-how of our master blenders is key to prepare a perfectly balanced dough that will keep all its supleness during cooking.

Similarily to Crepes, we have a large production flexibility to offer galettes in diameters ranging from 18cm to 33cm.

Galettes are ready to use, simply place the clearer side on the bottom of a pan with medium heat, then add the delicious toppings of your choice (ham, smoked salmon, egg, cheese, tomato, paprika, mushroom, chicken…..). Possibilities are endless ! Buckwheat galettes can be filled with any local food garnishing to create original and healthy meals.

Worth noting, buckwheat galettes are naturally gluten-free.

Our dedicated kitchen team prepares a large range of garnished galettes to meet all gourmets tcravaings ! From the most tradtional « Complete » with ham, cheese, cream and eggs, to the « Nordique » galette filled with salmon and chive cream, not forgetting the « Savoyarde » for Reblochon cheese, potatoes, and bacon lovers, or the «Poulet-Champignon » galette filled with tender chicken whites, mushrooms and bacons.

Upon request, we can work on a specific recipe just for you. The garnished buckwheat galettes are available both in snacking x1 or x2, or in food service size. Fresh or frozen to meet all market needs.
